Business Administration graduate from Bocconi University with extensive managerial experience in multinational B2C and B2B companies, as well as in publicly listed utilities, serving as chairman and board member. In recent years, he has focused on entrepreneurship in ESG and circular economy, while also advising on M&A transactions and succession planning for companies.
Graduated in Psychology. Has significant experience in assessment and evaluation of executive managers and their potential, in the development of high potentials and in managing the talent pipeline.
Graduate in Engineering. Significant experience in the design, construction and management of industrial plants, reorganisation of layouts and in the management of efficiency recovery processes.
A Physics graduate. Extensive experience in the optimization and control of production processes, in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. He also has significant experience in the adoption of digital technologies for Industry 4.0 and the energy transition for Industry 5.0, and in the improvement and optimisation of product and flow innovation processes. Registered in the MISE lists as Innovation manager.
An Engineering graduate, with extensive experience of industrial and organisational processes in large groups, where he introduced both Lean, Six Sigma and Risk Management methodologies.
