Employee Development Programme

Design of a performance evaluation programme for a company in the Education sector following introduction of a management incentive scheme. Using the Nickols matrix, values were redigned based on competencies and correlation with organisational structure.

Management training in the use of the new evaluation tool was then undertaken with particular emphasis on feedback management, also through the use of role play with the help of video footage and debriefing sessions. Guidelines for the new meritocratic policy were defined taking into consideration peer markets and best practices.
