A change management program was organised in order to develop employees and promote the adoption of a more formalised managerial style for a social - welfare organisation within the public sector.

After attending an assessment unit, individual sessions took place (remotely) and a follow up programme made available. Divided into several sessions (Managing Yourself, Managing Others, Managing Change) the programme engaged participants over a three month period during which they also worked on projects put forward by the CEO.
