Poliedros designed, developed and implemented a management control system for an organization made up of several companies all operating in the area of Training & Employment Policy. The need was for a system that could validate and monitor the management efficiency of training policies at the same time as facilitating the reporting of public funding and expenditure. With integrated ERP tools for general and analytical accounting, the advanced system features functional flexibility to cater for future control requirements.
The collaborative approach resulted in new ways of managing and analysing data with specific KPIs and a common approach and language across the organisation.
