Women in Leadership

Development of a 6 phase Active Learning programme to enhance and increase female leadership in a national company operating in the finance and insurance sector.


Over 90 women across the company took part in the programme which involved individual and group work on simulations and case studies using an academic and informative approach.

Examination of contemporary, historical and legendary female roles helped develop self-awareness and realise specific leadership characterisitics through differentiation from the traditional male leader stereotype.
