Developing a communication programme for a chemical company in the high risk category to use in crisis situations. Poliedros developed a training programme which included messaging principles, stakeholder management planning and communication roll-out. Filmed role-playing sessions provided instant feedback to demonstrate the importance of keeping on message. The films were distributed for further internal training.
