With the prime objective being to develop and retain talent, we developed a business game based on ideas conceived with the senior management team. The project was delivered over a five-month period and culminated in a special convention that saw top talent and senior management engaged in a ‘parachute-free’ competition with immediate and direct feedback via an instant polling tool.
