Employee Engagement Programme

The local subsidiary of a multinational wanted to identify areas of operational and strategic misalignment that were not being picked up through the annual HQ-led Employee Climate Survey. Together with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) a survey was developed and launched with a corresponding internal communications campaign to understand the real situation and any underlying issues.

The results were analysed together with the ELT and subsequently shared with management and middle management in a series of meetings in order to prepare for a presentation to all employees. The presentations were then rolled out at functional and departmental level and with the input of all areas led to the creation of a ‘Taking Action’ plan.
