After graduating with honours in Law at Pisa University and subsequently completing his MBA, Antonio first joined Teksid (FIAT), and then Confindustria, at the Industrial Association of Florence. He was then appointed head of Duracell's Human Resources Department in Italy, with increasing roles that led him to hold responsibilities in both Europe and the United States.
After Duracell, Antonio became Director of Human Resources and Legal Services of the Air Liquide Italia Group.
In November 2008 Angioni was appointed
General Manager of Right Management, a Manpower Group company, operating in the strategic management of human resources - here he strengthened its service offering especially in the field of Talent Management.
From January 2014 to May 2017 Antonio was Director of Organization and Talent for Manpower Italia Group with responsibility for; the Human Resources Department the Legal Department, the Institutional Relations Department and the Talent Centre of Excellence.
As the author of numerous Management publications Antonio has extensive experience in Company/Trade Associations, having held various positions in Federchimica, Assolombarda (of which he was, in recent years, a member of the Council) and Asseprim.
He was a member of the FormaTemp Board of Directors from September 2015 to May 2017.
Antonio is a member of the scientific committee of the Masters in Strategic Human Resources Management and of the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Review.
